The college has formed an NSS section to execute NSS programs at the college level in order to orient student teachers to community service and to enable them to understand the community in which they work.

• Recognize oneself in relation to their community.
• Identify the community’s needs and challenges, and involve them in the problem-solving process.
• To foster a sense of social and civic responsibility among themselves.
• To apply their knowledge to practical solutions to individual and communal problems.
• To develop the skills necessary for living in a group and sharing responsibilities.
• To learn how to mobilize community engagement.
• To develop leadership skills and a democratic mindset.
